Experienced Handyman / Remodeling Professional

 

Johnny On-The-Spot is looking for a high-level handyman / remodeling professional who can take ownership of jobs, lead when needed, and represent the company well with customers. This is not a helper position. You’ll be the person clients trust in their home.

Typical Work Includes

• Drywall repair (patch, tape, mud, texture, paint)

• Doors, trim, baseboard install

• Flooring (LVP / laminate / tile)

• Basic fixture installs: plumbing and electrical

• Decks, fences, roofing repairs

• Inspection punch lists, small-to-full remodeling scopes, and more

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of real-world handyman or remodeling experience

• Presentable, with the ability to run jobs solo and lead a helper when needed

• Strong problem-solving skills and professional client communication

• Clean, efficient workmanship—speed and quality both matter

• Reliable, organized, with your own basic tools and ready to go

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record (no DUIs in last 5 years; no more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years)
